Recently, the 24th National University Students’ Athletics Championships concluded at Jining Sports Center, drawing more than 3,900 athletes from 536 universities across China to compete. Upholding the sportsmanship of tenacious striving and never-giving-up, our university’s track-and-field athletes pushed past their personal limits in multiple events. They secured 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medal, along with three 4th-place finishes, one 5th-place finish and one 7thplace finish. Two university records were broken. The Group C-D scored 66 points and ranked 20th nationwide, fully demonstrating the positive and vigorous athletic spirit of our students.

7th Place: Men’s Group D 4×100 m Relay (Qin Haoxiang, Chen Qiyu, Han Junlei, Wang Weijun, Liao Jiashuai, Wang Junjie; preliminary round: 39.96 s, new university record)
